Our guest speaker is Jamie Pell, Managing Director at AM Training, who specialise in breaking down barriers to employment for the unemployed in the northeast and beyond.
Jamie is passionate about giving people a second chance and raising aspirations of those who need it by giving them the confidence in themselves to find sustainable work.
He is also a huge advocate for mental health support in the workplace, and will touch on both subjects through his own journey to his current life.
